Had four rounds of interviews with different partners, with no feedback / decision received, not even a formal rejection email. I'd expect a decent firm to be able to provide some feedback.

Very simple and accessible, flexible, three rounds with two different partners and a follow up phone call. Was not offered opportunity to speak to another person at my level but sure if I had asked would have been an option.

Met with a Partner. Very formal. Stuck to questions about my experience. No questions related to whether I'd "fit" with the firm. Very straightforward interviewer, not much of a conversationalist.
