Entretien
I just had this interview today so I am not sure what will come of it. The interview itself lasted about an hour and was very tough. Questions asked included:
1) Why are you interested in Ashoka and/or social entrepreneurship?
2) What do you think social entrepreneurs have to offer that other organizations (ie. charities or religious organizations) don't?
3) Is there a social change project that you have been particularly impressed by?
4) Tell me about a place/group in your background that has been changed because you were there?
5) Various other questions about projects I had specifically worked on and what I would have done to increase the scope of those projects etc.

was simple and had easy behavioral questions as well as open communication about role expectations with the interviewer. Questions were also about career development and what our expectations are for the role.
It was one round with the hiring manager. Had simple behavioral questions as well as resume-focused experience questions and overall approximately 20-30 minutes. Great experience, open and understanding, and had time for questions to be answered at the end regarding the internship experience and the organization.
The interview was good. Normal questions about my experience, about me, and why I was interested in the role. The interview was over zoom and overall had a good experience.
