There was an initial phone screening with a hiring manager, afterwards I met with the CISO and Director for a sit down in-office interview. The whole process was straight forward and was mostly just describing my IT / Cyber experiences. We went through other elements of my resume and then dug into the specifics of the role I was applying for.
