Super easy process. The interview went very well, extremely friendly and professional. I would have definitely 100% taken the position I was offered if 1.) the pay was higher or 2.) they had offered me another position that better aligned with my skills/experience. I was overqualified for the position by quite a bit, but she gave me the option to take it and get my foot in the door. My rent and bills can’t wait for that, unfortunately. (I was told I was overqualified by the manager…I don’t have an overinflated ego btw)

Went for an interview at the Middleburg Primary Care location. While in the interview we got a little personal and were discussing about the food being different in FL than food up north and the mgr made a racist comment about Asians, the Cats in the back of the building and the Chinese restaurant next door. I'm sure she didn't know by my last name, but my husband is Asian and my children half. I was shocked and thought I was on a hidden camera show, Unprofessional to say the least! I immediately told the recruiter when she called to offer me the position, I of course declined it, but the recruiter didn't seem to care about the incident, and she said she would pass the info along. I'm guessing it never did as I know the mgr is still there and that office ALWAYS has a high turnover, they are hiring for the same office every couple of months. I Suspect it probably has something to do with mgmt.

Zoom interview went well. Questions answered. Follow up in person interview offered. No email for office location found. Sent email declining follow up meeting. Would apply again in the future.
