I submitted my resume via LinkedIn and proceeded to a phone screen with the Company's three directors. It was a very down to earth conversation to address culture fit (the most important aspect at a small firm). The team was very kind and communicated what they were looking for perfectly. I then performed a pretty standard case study with a company valuation and light market analysis. Finally I was called in for an in person interview to meet with the team. We discussed the firm, the role, the case study, and the Company's culture. Overall very positive experience with a good group!
