I went through three rounds of interviews at Ascendant NYC—two with Nicole C. and one with Dana R. The conversations were thoughtful, professional, and gave me a positive impression of the team and their work. I also prepared a short presentation and attended an in-person interview at their office. However, after the final round, I did not receive any follow-up or closure regarding the decision. Despite reaching out via email and LinkedIn, I did not receive a response. While I appreciated the interview experience itself, I found the lack of closure disappointing given the effort involved. Clearer communication would have made the experience more professional overall.
