Typical Tech interview process, for the most part:
1. Recruiter Interview
2. Manager Interview
3. Panel Interview with 4 team members
4.Reference Checks
5.Leadership Interview
Usually, there would also be a skills test, but that was omitted in this round.
Malia from recruiting was super-friendly and warm. She was very supportive, quick to reply, thorough, proactive, and did an amazing job being transparent throughout the full process. Kudos to her for making me feel welcomed and a part of the team before I even got an offer.
Everyone on the team I met with had great energy, and it felt less like a typical stressful interview and more like genuine conversations, with a chance to learn more about the opportunity and highlight why I would be a good fit. I loved how open and transparent everyone was!
I rated it as difficult based on the number of rounds/interviews, but again, the conversations were not stressful, nor did they intentionally try to throw you for a loop like some interviewers do.
I ended the interview process very excited to start and feeling lucky to join such a warm team. So, nothing really bad to talk about, everything was great.
