Online Assessment followed by a technical and behavioral interview, Leetcode was done by yourself, with some behavioral questions afterwards. Overall very basic, nothing different than another technical interview. Met with two different interviewers

Friendly interviewers who are looking for clear technical communication and demonstration of having a good co-working attitude. Studying the interview prep guide they give you, follow up with the coordinators of the interview, and being kind to your interviewers goes a long way. Overall the team was very communicative, and kept me up to date with the interview structure and process (took about 2 months). I made it to the final rounds, which consisted of a 1hr design interview (1 leetcode style Q, 1 OO design Q), 30min culture chat (you get a chance to speak w/ an employee about what it's like working there, not part of the assessment), 2hr coding interview (1hr OO design challenge, 5 min of which to go over the problem and ask clarifying Qs, , 1hr to go over the challenge with the interviewers).
