      1. Aptitude Test (First Round) Format: This is often a written or online test focused on evaluating quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and basic problem-solving skills. Topics Covered: Quantitative Aptitude: Questions on percentages, ratios, time-speed-distance, averages, etc. Logical Reasoning: Puzzles, series completion, blood relations, and sequence-based questions. Verbal Ability: Grammar, synonyms, sentence correction, and reading comprehension. Data Interpretation: Basic graph or table-based questions to test analytical skills. Goal: To shortlist candidates with a solid foundational understanding and analytical abilities. 2. Technical Interview (Second Round) Format: A one-on-one or panel interview with technical team members. Topics Covered: Core Concepts: Focus on data structures, algorithms, programming languages (commonly Java, Python, or C/C++), and database management. Project Discussions: Be prepared to discuss any relevant projects listed on your resume, including your role, challenges faced, and solutions implemented. Problem-Solving: You may be given real-time coding challenges or technical scenarios to solve on a whiteboard or computer. Goal: To assess technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the candidate’s understanding of fundamental programming concepts. 3. HR Interview (Final Round) Format: Typically a one-on-one interview with an HR representative. Topics Covered: Behavioral Questions: Questions about teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, and examples of past experiences.
