Freundlicher Entpfang, aber das Gefühl gehabt, dass die Bewerbungsunterlagen nicht richtig gelesen wurde bzw. überrascht waren in Vorstellungsgespräch über den erzählten Werdegang. Auch etwas entäuscht über die Möglichkeit sich zu steigern wurde direkt im Gespräch schon mit schlechten Aussichtsmöglichkeiten beantwortet. Generell aber nette Anprechpartner.

The interview process is normal, they do not give you the run around with unnecessary rounds and new interview styles. They are straight forward and to the point. They setup a initial screening then you speak with 3-4 more people and the final interview is a "skills" test of sorts. Just be ready to show and prove. The offer met my base criteria and I wanted to work for this company very badly but..... something happened. Corporate greed, so for a Key Account Manager, you received 0 additional incentive above your base. No bonuses, no profit share, just NO. I thought to myself, if I am the throat to choke, reviewing financials, SLAs, and driving monthly margins why am I not being rewarded? Well, because the rules are the rules. I never answered them again after that. Even if they increased my base 10% or 20% to make up for it I would still say no. Again, this had nothing to do with the interviewer or the team, it was strictly the lack of incentives. So if I am not receiving one at my level that means the ones beside and under me also get nothing so that is a hard pass. If not for that I would have taken the role.
