Entretien
There are two parts of it. The first one the typical type of interview with some questions about yourself and your experiences. The other part is testing your technical knowledge. Since I'm applying for structural graduate trainee, they gave me some basic question in structural topic like drawing shear bending moment diagram etc. They gave me 30 minutes to finish all the tasks.

Self introduction and then have a few technical questions like truss analysis, virtual work, beam detailing and then a brief explanation of ur hobby and then have a talk with the interviewer and then it’s go to go
The interview with Arup was a smooth and professional experience. The interviewer was friendly and asked technical questions relevant to the role. Their team clearly demonstrated strong industry knowledge and experience. It's important to prepare thoroughly for the position, as the questions required a good understanding of technical concepts and practical applications. Overall, the process was well-structured and reflected Arup’s high standards.

The interviewer will explain what the graduate program is and questions about your final year project and your design project. You have to tell about yourself and answer the questions mostly about your study
