A recruiter or HR representative conducts a short (15–30 minute) call to assess:
1.Basic qualifications and experience
2.Interest in the role and company
3.Salary expectations and availability
4.Any logistical concerns (e.g., remote work, relocation)
Online questionnaire followed by in person panel interview. The interview was mainly behavuoural and personality focussed with some mock situation questions. No technical questions asked and the interview was peofessional but not much pressure.

It was a recorded interview consisting of five questions. one min for each one you move on to next one, It was an interview full of anxiety and stress, and i did not like it at all

Entretien
One-way video interview with five questions. Same set of questions for all Graduate roles at ARUP. Basic motivational and fit questions. Overall, it was a seamless process. Along with these, questions on graduation date and visa status were asked.
