Spoke with the office leader and the electrical engineering team leader. Asked basic questions and about my commitment to and passion for sustainable engineering. Also asked why I was interested in the position. Talked about variety of projects.

What is your definition of sustainable engineering?
Online, it was a pre-recorded interview with 9 questions that were timed and where you had up to 3 tries. Selected candidates were after that contacted for a telephone interview
They might ask questions about personal and technical skills. They have asked hypothetical communication situations where a problem is brought up and how would you respond. They would also ask how you would go about working through a technical problem.

Depends on the team! Mine was a video call from two senior electrical engineers and we talked about the company values and how I would fit in. It was an hour long and a very enjoyable experience. I think the interview process will depend on who the leads of the team are.
