Natural interview with a panel of two members of staff. Mix of testing soft skills style questions and learning a bit about your technical background. Got a response on the interview status after around 2 weeks after.

Describe a time you faced a challenge on a project and how did you adapt?
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
