Worst recruitment experience I've had by far. I takes at least 1 month to hear back after each round of interviews. Moreover, attempts to follow up on the candidacy status were met with promises to check then no response (multiple times). The lack of communication and prolonged delays indicate a lack of care for their potential candidates. If they don't treat their candidates well and are so disorganized at this stage, I would assume it looks way worse internally. I completed a presentation for the last round to only be told 2 months later via automated email that they're moving forward with other candidates. It doesn't take that long to decide if you want to proceed with a candidate or not, and even if so, promises to hear back by a certain date should be followed, just out of respect to another human being. Please treat your candidates better.
