As part of this interview and application process, there were a lot of steps but overall it was well organized. Took quite a long time between hearing about each step so this could have been more efficient.
Online questionnaire followed by in person panel interview. The interview was mainly behavuoural and personality focussed with some mock situation questions. No technical questions asked and the interview was peofessional but not much pressure.

It was a recorded interview consisting of five questions. one min for each one you move on to next one, It was an interview full of anxiety and stress, and i did not like it at all

One-way video interview with five questions. Same set of questions for all Graduate roles at ARUP. Basic motivational and fit questions. Overall, it was a seamless process. Along with these, questions on graduation date and visa status were asked.
