Online Assessment; -First: introductions with other interviewees from different job applications. -Second: Virtual tour of office with 2 Employees from sector. -Third: Group Assessment (General industry sector knowledge is useful and impact awareness of things like Covid and Brexit on sector also) - 4th: Individual assessment: You're given an exercise, which was not really discussed in my case. Questions with associates were related to job experience etc.

it was good and the interviewer made me comfortable during the interview session, explain to me on the job functions and responsibilities. The office is spacious and comfortable to work there.

It is a bet difficult to fully sell yourself using their video screening process. It is a lot easier to expand on your experience and expertise in a face to face setting.
