I had a pretty normal interview in their office followed by a core competence test for the skill necessary in this particular office. I got the position and love being there. The staff are all friendly, direct, polite and considerate. The work environment is easy and healthy. It is a great firm for recent graduates to be inducted into the business of engineering because of the supportive managers and knowledgeable staff who are all committed to excellence through innovation.

Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
