Preliminary questions, CV, interview, offer. Asked a micture of technical and competency questions. Really great interview, made you feel at ease, interesting people. Interview was bout an hour long, asked why Arup, why this role in particular, asked what my favourite structure was, and to describe the basics of how it works.
