Entretien
Applied online after meeting with the representatives at a job fair. Submitted my CV along and got an email, 3 days after the online application, stating that the latter has been moved to the next stage of selection. 3 weeks later, I was called by the company to be invited to take an online personality test and to come for their interview. Attended the interview 4 days after the phone call, met with the HR and other candidates there and got interviewed by 2 senior Electrical engineers. Before the interview, I was given 30 min to answer a full Electrical Engineering exam question on paper and I was then brought to the interview room. The interview lasted over an hour.

Question 1
No such thing as "difficult" or "unexpected" question as long as you've studied Electrical Engineering, Maths and Physics well during your undergrad level. Some questions were pushed beyond the scope of the assessment to test how much I knew.

This is a pre-recorded video interview. You're asked nine common questions and given a minute of recording to respond. You have some time to read the question and prepare your thoughts before starting the recording. You also have up to three attempts for each question.

1. Online application form first, some information about you and answer some questions, something like why would you want to apply for this role..
2. then followed with a online test.
3. Virtual assessment centre including technical exercise, interview and case study in the end(single task, not a group case study)

cant remember clearly, one of them was something like "how much do you know about Electrical Engineering in building services?"
It was composed of 3 stages (back in 2017):
1) apply online (answer questions, expand on some of them)
2) telephone interview (about 30-45minutes)
3) live interview (several interviews, all in all about 4 hours long)
