After the initial filling out the application form and being successful with my CV, I had a phone interview with two senior managers who later invited me to attend a group interview which consisted of myself and 5 others. We were split into two groups and given a task to complete. Shortly after the group interview had finished (on my way home in fact) I received a phone call asking to come back in the following day for an individual interview. Shortly after I was told I got the position. I was made to feel at ease throughout the entire process as the interviewers (now my managers) were very friendly and approachable. I did not feel under enormous amounts of pressure at any point.
