I had a Phone Interview with two engineers in the buildings group. They were very easy to talk to and just asked about my past experience and wanted me to make sure I felt like I would be a good fit for them.

The interview process was well organised and professional. The interviewers were knowledgeable and asked a range of technical and practical questions related to structural engineering. The process was challenging but fair and provided a good opportunity to discuss previous experience and problem-solving skills.

First telephone contact and subsequently an online interview with the Head of Structures Department and HR. Introductory and technical questions, but nothing too demanding. Very low salary offer well below the current market.
