This was a phone interview for an engineerng position. Talked to two associates/principles. Process was not too friendly. Did not feel like a conversation at all as I was asked questions after questions and the only response that I got to all my answers was "Ok". Therefore interviewers did not seem engaged or interested at all.

The interview process was well organised and professional. The interviewers were knowledgeable and asked a range of technical and practical questions related to structural engineering. The process was challenging but fair and provided a good opportunity to discuss previous experience and problem-solving skills.
