Interview Process The process started with a phone screen with a consultant currently handling the role, followed by a virtual panel interview. Interview Experience The panel questions were often multi-part and very specific, which made it difficult to answer without additional context or clarity on what they were looking for. At times, they asked about details they said they couldn’t find—though those points were clearly outlined in my resume—and then proceeded to look them up during the interview itself, which felt uncomfortable. The team also didn’t make much effort to ease into the conversation, and overall came across as not very personable, which added to the challenging atmosphere.

I interviewed for this role and was initially interested, but it became clear very quickly that the compensation discussed was significantly below market for the level of responsibility they expected. Despite this mismatch, I completed the interview process and followed up afterward, only to be completely ghosted. No closure, no response, no acknowledgment of the time and preparation put into the interviews. Experiences like this raise concerns about how the company values candidates and, by extension, how they might value employees. Advice to Management: Align compensation with the expertise you’re seeking, and provide candidates with a proper update. Professional communication matters.
