Interviewed multiple times throughout a few weeks. The conversations were pleasant, but the interviews were rushed to be scheduled. After completing the final interview, the company went ghost. This is common for companies, but unfortunately I expected more. It is not easy to rearrange your schedule on such short notice for multiple interviews. I’ll give it to the recruiters, they’re juggling multiple applicants, but a responsive email takes just a few minutes to send. The most impressive companies I’ve seen are the ones that continue to show respect even after the interview process.
