6 (six) steps, I got to the 5th step in 3 months (three). Suggestion: If you are not a fortune 10 company you shouldn't have a 6 step process. After spending 4-5 hours on interviews I've been told they are looking for a domain expert. Viewpoint: Any domain can be learned in <1month if you are not working with an extremely difficult one.
Red flag - the leadership has no clue what programming language they are using :(
process: HR -> Engineering Manager-> 2 hour homework -> SVP -> VP -> virtual onsite.

It was a great experience just wished they posted salary on the job post. I was a few interviews in before we realized it wasn’t where I need the salary range to be for me to make a move.
