The initial round was a standard HR session. 2. Team fit interview with Engineering manager. 3. Technical round with 2 engineers from the project. Some technical questions were asked then the rest of the session focused on coding. I had to fix a smaller code, which came from a legacy codebase and there was a coding challenge task. After 2 weeks I did not get any feedback. I wrote 2 mails to the HR and to the Recruiter, nobody give me any response, they just simple ghosted me. I am really disappointed due to the ghosting. Seems really unprofessional behavior and I think this tells a lot about the company.
