Email, then phone call asking me to come interview at the worksite. 2nd email that he needed to change the time, and he would pick up lunch. I don't typically eat much lunch, nor did I want to spend extra time at this juncture. When I arrived, he said we would do something "unorthodox" and conduct the interview picking up lunch. I was a bit uncomfortable being in his car, and then he announced he had to pit stop at his home to get a ladder. Super uncomfortable at this point, clearly he wanted to show off his home. Captive to a 25 min. diatribe on geological rock formations (his hobby), and incredibly dissapointed that he had no clue on how uncomfortable I was, and inappropriate his behavior. He called me from his cell phone asking me to accompany him 2 days later to a client 1-1/2 hrs away. I don't need to go on here, you get the point.
