Very transparent, first interview was a 30-minute intro call. Final Interview was in person after shadowing an employee with experience. I think that's a really good thing for potential new hires to get the opportunity tee see the culture and their actual job.

The interview process was honestly a great experience. Everything felt smooth and well organized, and each conversation felt natural rather than forced. I really enjoyed the onsite visit as well. Getting the chance to shadow and see what the day to day work actually looks like made a big difference. It was great meeting the team in person and experiencing the energy in the office. Overall, it felt welcoming and genuine, and it made me even more interested in the opportunity.
