Entretien
It was a phone call interview screening process with a recruiter. They basically asked you to give a background about yourself and why you wanted the job. They explained the job description, what the day to day looked like, and role entailed. Then asked if you had any questions.
Easy questions related to the position, they really wanted you to be yourself which was what I did. Definitely sounded like a stressful job, but worth it especially if it is your first job out of college
