Overall, my interview experience with Arrive Logistics was outstanding from start to finish. My first interview with Avery was over the phone, and it was very informative and welcoming. She did a great job explaining the role, the culture, and what to expect moving forward. It felt more like a genuine conversation than a formal interview, which immediately made me feel comfortable and excited about the opportunity. My second interview was in person at the Austin office, and it exceeded every expectation I had. Getting to tour the office and see the energy on the sales floor firsthand was incredible. You could feel the competitive and collaborative culture the moment you walked in. Meeting with the BDR manager was the highlight for me. The conversation flowed naturally, and it confirmed everything I had heard about Arrive being a place where hard-working people can truly thrive. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. Every person I interacted with made me feel valued and genuinely excited to be part of the team. The recruiters at Arrive Logistics are very professional, and very easy to communicate with. The first round interview is very easy. They ask questions about your resume and then some personal details. They go very in depth with the details of the role as well as the company as a whole and answer any questions you may have about either.
