The interview process was refreshing. I got a chance to attend a briefing so I knew about the job and expectations of me ahead of applying - and what is great - everyone who wanted to could join - not just people with connections. The application was great - asking for a case study to showcase my ability to do the job well and the interview focused on informing me about the culture, the work, and really really getting to know me and asking great questions that made me think.
