I had a quick phone interview, which led to a CAD test which was 1 hour. I was then called in for a panel interview by 3 people that lasted about 45 minutes. I was called with an offer a few days later which I negotiated and we came to an agreement that worked for both sides.

Mostly behavioral questions, however they asked how to I rate my skills in Solidworks and Autocad from 1 to 10...at the end there was a hands on examination, to test your profiency on said softwares, overall I liked the process.
