The interview was relaxed and went longer than I expected. It was a bit odd at times, but it was not stressful. The person interviewing me kept telling me how difficult the customers can be and almost complaining about the company. I wondered if they many already have chosen a candidate and were just going through the interview process.

Entretien
The process is fairly simple. I dressed up in formal clothing. The only do an in person interview. They don't reply after to say you aren't hired(I applied a couple times before). It takes about two weeks to complete the hiring process.
