The interviewer was extremely pleasant and notably passionate about the field and the company. She enthusiastically shared some of the new things that Armstrong is doing and how they interact with the community.
The interview was somewhat longer than normal but never felt like it dragged on. Overall she made me instantly want to join the company.

Very simple process. She was super nice and I left feeling very good. There were no medical questions. She mostly made me fill out paperwork. I apologized I was being slow with the paperwork. I was filling out the employment history with dates and she whispered "We don't actually check them". I talked about the other places I was looking at and she said "Oh say hi to the people there for me. I know them well." Very much my decision. At the end, she told me they would send me the formal offer by email. I have not heard back as of yet with the written offer but granted it has not been 24 hours.

The interview was pleasant, they told me a lot about the company, they were very enthusiastic. They didn't ask very many questions at all. At the end of the interview they offered me the job. I was told about drug testing, drivers record, company policies, and what the training would be like.
