I had about five interviews with two partners, a managing partner, a senior manager and a senior. All interviews included questions about my previous work experience. I was asked if I could bring new clients.

They set up an appointment and never picked up the phone or responded back to me. I believe this is really unprofessional for the service organization that provide service.
