Screening interview with HR, on-site with a manager & partner. Main focus were social skills and ability to hold a conversation. Questions included describing yourself, going over experience and what you do in your spare time.

I submitted my resume via LinkedIn for a senior auditor position. I did a phone interview with the Head of Employee Experience at Armanino Audit first and he arranged a phone interview for me with an audit partner. The partner told me that I was a good candidate but actually he was not sure if the firm has any opening...He would talk to the Partner-In-Charge of Audit and let me know. I followed up with an email and never received a reply.
