Applied online and was invited for an onsite. Since I was unable to make it for the selected fixed dates, they offered to have a Skype call instead. During the class, the first 30 min were taken up on the two interviewers trying to figure out how to use Skype. Then, the interviewers were talking for 20 min about the role and would continue if I hadn't reminded them that I haven't uttered a word yet. Later some basic programming questions on high school level. They don't use coder pad - the interviewers made me write code on a piece of paper and show it to the camera. Absolute waste of time. Withdrew from the process after the interview
