J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Arm en mars 2019
Entretien
I applied for the position through the website. The interview took two weeks: included a video interview and an on-site interview. The whole process was quick and straightforward: they skipped the recruiter's part, and I was communicating directly with the Design Lead, who was very responsive and willing to answer any questions.

The first step was a 30 min video call with the Director of Product. I passed and was able to come on-site. The on-site interview consisted of 2 parts with lunch in between.
This was probably the best interview process I've been through. Each part was a conversation that asked me to reflect on myself as a designer, my personal goals, and how I can succeed in the future. I was provided with insightful feedback after each step and was left feeling inspired and motivated. It was apparent from the start that each member of the design team cared about my personal and professional development.
