Required a Cover Letter and a CV. First stage was a hirevue video interview, asking questions about the company, business models, and different situations. Second stage was a group interview with about 5 people, consisting of a welcome presentation, a group task, a talking session and lunch with graduates, then finally an interview that consisted of two presentations where questsions had been provided about three weeks before and needed to be prepared in advance.
