It was about 45 minutes behavioural questions and 1h15 minutes for technical questions and extra questions for the interviewee (student). The interview was not difficult and the Hiring Manager was very friendly and open.

Entretien
The first round included generic questions regarding my previous experience, and it also featured questions related to CPU Micro-architecture concepts. The questions asked to me were maily related to timing, power, and area. The second round was more in-depth. I was asked questions regarding previous projects which I had completed. Behavioral questions were mixed in with the technical questions.
