First interview with hiring supervisor and another supervisor. About an hour, conducted virtually. General questions plus job specific topics. It felt more like a discussion than an interview.
Second interview with hiring supervisor and executive leader. Sent a few questions ahead of time so I could be prepared to discuss in depth. Again, it ended up being a lot of back and forth chatting, which led to an interesting conversation.
Then interviewed with the chief of staff to talk about culture and the organization itself. They firmly believe they can teach skills but culture and personality are critical for success.
