Generally talks about the experience working in chemical industry, especially with massive production units. Will be questions about going through a project and general chemical industry awareness. Generally it's not difficult if you fit the position.

Interviewed for process engineer role with company's rotational program. First, standard career fair interview with rep. Then a half day video interview with about 6 current engineers at the company. Standard questions, overall good experience.

I applied online. Get phone screen from plant manager after 3 weeks. Most of them are about resume review and technical questions. Looks like they are looking for someone with skills that fit for their projects. Scheduled for on-site interview with 8 managers after 2 weeks.
