The process was very laid back. I was suppose to interview with two people and ended up with one in person while the other was on speaker phone. Otherwise it was a typical interview. They had a list of questions and each asked every other question which made the dialogue a little off because I was swinging back and forth between a phone interview and an in person interview. The only major irritation is that I never heard ANYTHING back from them. I did the after interview thank you email and everything. It is just plain unprofessional.
