Telephonic Screening process and there was a 30 min detailed in person interview. The interview was very formal, questions were job related, student job, moving lab equipment. There were basic tools used in the moving process and hence, the interviewer made sure I had a brief experience in those areas

Questions were asked to assess your knowledge and how you would fit in with the other student workers and staff. Very comfortable setting and little to no pressure. Questions are the typical ones asked regarding personality and experience.

Very simple, just asked about yourself. They ask how long before you graduate to see if you will be working there for a long or short period of time. Mine was over zoom but that was also during COVID
