Too long

The interview was solid, however they are not very communicative which I find extremely unprofessional. A month goes by and I don’t hear anything. I emailed the executive director and 2 recruiters and no one responds. A rejection letter is better than going ghost. Please do better, Arizona. It’s not a good look at all.
