Instead of reaching out via email or a scheduled phone call, the Talent Acquisition (TA) team contacted me directly through WhatsApp without prior consent saying she is outside India. While I understand the need for quick communication, reaching out on a personal messaging platform like WhatsApp—without any prior heads-up—felt like a serious invasion of privacy. Professional boundaries matter, and this kind of approach sets a poor tone for the candidate experience.
