I have my interview tomorrow. The process is quite easy till now but my interview is going to be in-person. The interview is based at their store and is for the Team Manager role night shift.

Applied online, Received an invitation the same day. From Application to Interview was a smooth Process. I waited after I arrived about 15 minutes. They also did let me know same day about the outcome.

Question 1
It was a Team Manager role for the new fulfilment centre. The most interesting question was if I would be able to manage the possible situations where the drivers should dispatch delivery decline. Interviewers added they are usually big men and very close to each other.
