Very relaxed, had two people interview me but one was mostly taking notes. General standard interview questions for a retail position but when I said I might not be free some Saturdays that would not work.

Describe a time when you have either given or received excellent customer service?
Easy for me but hard for some I can imagine. Just had to chat and then go on shop floor. Nice woman interviewing me. I would recommend. Thanks Argos - you the best!
it was a long interview (1 hour) but relatively easy. however it did involve role play which was quite hard as i didn’t know how to work the system and most products i was being told to look for weren’t in stock.
