Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Phone interview: I was asked basic info on my current job and was asked to provide information on a scenario where I had to deal with a difficult customer.
Group interview:their was 6 other potential candidates and we were put into small groups. We had to gather information on a group member and then share their story to the group. Then we were giving a scenario involving customer service and provide details on how we would tackle the issue. Finally we individually had to try and Upsell a product we had on us. I chose to try and sell my bag, and the person next to me chose her scarf.
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
